• You are responsible for all activities on your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You can delete your account anytime through the Application settings

• We do not provide investment or tax advice
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial information
• The Application does not replace professional advice from an accountant or financial advisor

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Pocket is not responsible for:

• Loss of data or financial information
• Application interruption or unavailability
• Errors or inaccuracies in presented information
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Service Discontinuation

We may discontinue or modify the Application at any time, with or without notice. We will not be responsible for any loss resulting from discontinuation or modification.

9. Intellectual Property

• All Application content, including code, design, and graphics, is owned by A-Pocket
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express permission
• You retain ownership of your financial data

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You use the Application for illegal activities
• You engage in fraud or security violations

11. Modification of Terms
