Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your A-Pocket account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
The fastest way, right from your phone:
- Open A-Pocket and sign in.
- Go to **Profile → Settings**.
- Tap **Delete account** and confirm.
Your account and data are permanently removed right away. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By request
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account at **info@anmoas.com** with the subject **"Delete my account"**. We'll verify and delete your data, usually within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile (name, email, photo) and login
- All transactions, accounts, cards, categories and tags
- Receipt images you attached
- Your app preferences and settings
Retention
Your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Limited anonymized or aggregated records that no longer identify you, and information we must keep to comply with legal, tax or fraud-prevention obligations, may be retained for a short period as required by law. Encrypted backups roll off automatically within a short retention window.
