Good to know
On every package the domain is in your name, and the website is yours once the setup is paid. Video and interactive 3D styles are premium and quoted per project. Extra work is $110 + GST ($121) an hour, with a 1-hour minimum, always quoted first. Started on Launch? Move to Tending later with no new setup fee.

FAQ
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from the start, and the site's code and design become yours once the setup is paid.
After a 30-minute meeting we build two previews of your new website, free and with no obligation. If you'd like to go ahead, you pick one and we finish it with your changes. If you don't, we delete the previews after 45 days.
There is no deposit. We invoice the setup when you approve the finished site, and it goes live on your domain once that invoice is paid. Care plan fees start on the day the site goes live.
Launch is a one-off. Tending and Full Tending have a 12-month minimum from launch, then go month to month: you can leave with 30 days' notice, and we hand everything over. Leaving during the first 12 months means an early exit fee, equal to the monthly fees left in the minimum term, less any costs we save.
Care plan fees can change once a year, on the anniversary of your launch, by up to 5% or the CPI increase if that is higher. We tell you in writing at least 30 days before, and if you don't accept it, you can leave without an exit fee.
You register it and pay the registrar directly, so it is always in your name. We guide you through it.
Your logo if you have one, your menu or list of services, opening hours, a few photos and any text you want to keep. Once you go ahead, a short online form collects it all.
On Tending and Full Tending, menu and opening hours go live within one business day of your request, and other changes within three business days. Each change can take up to 30 minutes; bigger jobs are quoted first.
No. We link the delivery and ordering platforms you already use, like Uber Eats or DoorDash.
We can review it with a website audit. Moving existing websites is coming soon.
