This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain words. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Who we are
A-Bower is a web design service of ANMOAS (ABN 82 528 134 601), the business of André Asen, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ANMOAS trading as A-Bower. You can reach us at info@anmoas.com or on +61 434 092 100.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- The quote form: your name and email address, and if you add them, your business or website, phone number, what you would like to achieve, what you need and the package you are interested in.
- Bower requests: the topic, your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. See the next section for how the chat works.
- Email, phone and booked calls: whatever you send or tell us. If you book a meeting, the booking page (Microsoft Bookings) collects your name, email address and the time you pick.
- Things you send us for your website: if you become a client, the content you give us, such as your logo, photos, menu and opening hours.
When you visit, our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools on this website.
Bower, our website assistant
Bower answers common questions from a fixed set of replies written from the information on this website. While you chat, the conversation is kept only in your browser for that session, and it is gone when you close the tab. Nothing you type is sent to us until you tap "Send request". At that point we receive the request summary that Bower shows you before you send it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, and if you ask us to, to prepare a quote and two free previews of your website.
- To provide the services you sign up for, send invoices and keep our business records.
- To keep this website and our systems secure.
We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
Website previews
If you ask for a preview of your new website, we build it from the information you give us and information your business already publishes, such as its opening hours, menu and photos. Previews sit at a private, unlisted web address that search engines are asked not to index. If you don't go ahead, we delete them 45 days after we send them.
Where it is stored
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our business:
- Google Cloud (Firebase): hosts this website, and receives and stores messages from the quote form and Bower. Messages are processed and stored in Google's Sydney region.
- Resend: delivers the email that tells us a new message has arrived. Resend is based in the United States, so the content of that email is sent there.
- Microsoft 365: our email, calendar bookings and file storage.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments.
Cookies and your browser
This website does not set cookies. It stores two small things in your own browser: the Bower conversation, for the current session only, and your choice if you press "Pause motion". You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep our business records, and client records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@anmoas.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact us without giving your name, although we may not be able to help with a quote that way.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
